“I am incredibly proud of my team and thrilled to see them recognized for the hard work they put in each day,” said Julia Swanson, executive director at the center. “To achieve success and provide excellent patient care day in and day out is certainly a team effort for all departments. I feel that that the Life Care Center of Punta Gorda team embodies patient-centered values and always puts the patients and residents before all else. We are here for a reason, and that is to serve the senior population and those in need. I know that we will continue to see positive quality outcomes and high satisfaction with care here at this facility.”

The facility is also ranked at five out of five stars by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
